For a culinary event that’s a Porterhouse cut above the rest, make reservations for Memorial Day weekend. Among other great pit masters, Chef Evan LeRoy and Chef Wayne Mueller will be bringing their tastes of Texas to this annual chow fest. Sides include live entertainment from some of Montana’s best musical artists.

Join us for an annual event that brings in all-star chefs from all over the country. This year’s theme: The South. You’ll dine on inventive, mouthwatering cuisine from hotbed cities like Atlanta and New Orleans, in a glorious Rocky Mountain setting.
