Event Description

If you’ve never seen the tamarack trees turn their shimmering golden hue, this is a fall event we highly recommend. Also appearing—several notable chefs who’ve all been lauded by the James Beard Foundation. While taking in the scenery, you’ll get the chance to dine on specially prepared tasting menus and glorious, full-bodied wines. James Beard Award winner and Top Chef all-star Chef Karen Akunowicz will show you a few recipes in a special Cookbook Live® session.

Other featured chefs include multiyear Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Chef Tanya Holland and multiyear James Beard Award nominee Chef Cassie Piuma, along with two-time James Beard Award semifinalist, Paws Up Pastry Chef Krystle Swenson.
