| Job Description | Western States Geothermal is your one stop solution to an energy efficient ground source heat pump, heating and cooling system with leading Design, Engineering, Consulting and Professional Installation services. Position Overview: Seeking a Mechanical HVAC Engineer with PE license to join our team. This position is full-time with benefits starting immediately. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of mechanical systems in residential and commercial projects, heat pump technology and willing to work with EIT. LEED accreditation, energy auditing experience and control system knowledge is a plus. |
| Qualifications | - 8+ years HVAC Design Engineering experience
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related - PE license in Mechanical Engineering - Excellent communication skills - Good teamwork capabilities - AutoCAD experienceThorough knowledge of mechanical codes and field construction practices - Aptitude for reading drawings/shop drawings/HVAC plans |
